Export Sales Support Specialist

We are looking for a teammate with the following qualifications to be appointed as a " Export Sales Support Specialist" at the Head Office of our leading company in the forest products sector in Turkey and in the world, located in Istanbul Yesilkoy World Trade Center.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, economics or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in export operations or international sales.
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs processes, and Incoterms.
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages (e.g. French, Arabic, German) are a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; ERP system experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Preferably residing on the European side of Istanbul.


Job Description


  • Manage and execute international sales orders and export operations.
  • Prepare and control all required export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.).
  • Coordinate with customs brokers, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipments.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and resolve any logistics or documentation issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers and distributors.
  • Track and report on export activities and provide market feedback to the sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in international fairs and exhibitions when necessary.
