Job Purpose:

To drive export spare parts sales within the assigned territory by preparing proposals, handling customer communications, managing orders and logistics, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and building strong customer relationships to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review export spare parts proposals and quotations in coordination with the Section Head
  • Handle customer inquiries, purchase orders, contracts, parts identification, negotiations, and order fulfillment
  • Manage export documentation including commercial invoices and ensure compliance with export regulations
  • Oversee shipping arrangements, delivery terms, incoterms, and lead times to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing export customers
  • Generate daily and monthly sales reports and track target achievement
  • Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities to support sales strategy
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in new markets to expand export business
  • Coordinate internally with sales, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall business objectives

Job Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge
  • Automotive industry & spare parts structure (multiple SKUs)
  • Export/import procedures, incoterms & payment terms
  • Pricing, cost structure & profitability basics
  • Market analysis & competitor monitoring

Skills
  • Negotiation & presentation skills
  • ERP systems (preferably SAP) & MS Office proficiency
  • Communication & interpersonal skills
  • Reporting & data analysis skills

Abilities
  • Fluent in English; French or German is an advantage
  • Prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Work with multicultural customers professionally
  • Manage multiple export deals within deadlines

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical)

0-3 Years of Relevant Experience (export sales experience is a plus)
