Export Specialist

Job title: Export specialist

Location: Sheraton/Cairo

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

-Handle and follow up on all export operations from order confirmation to shipment delivery.

-Coordinate with international clients, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.

-Prepare and review export documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping documents, etc.).

-Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies.

-Communicate with banks regarding export payments and related documentation.

-Prepare periodic reports on export activities and performance.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

-Minimum of 5 years of experience in export and logistics.

-Good command of English (spoken and written).

-Strong knowledge of export procedures, customs, and documentation.

-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
