Your Role: Own the Challenge

• Monitors daily import/export shipments and ensures smooth customs clearance via the appointed customs brokers.
• Acts as point of contact for customs brokers in case of clarification needs (e.g., regarding valuation or classification of products).
• Understands and applies relevant customs procedures and ensures the relevant declarations are correctly made.
• Audits customs brokers regarding the correctness of customs entries, invoicing, and archiving.
• Ensures all customs-related records are maintained and archived correctly.
