- Develop and implement export strategies to expand the company’s presence across Europe, MENA, Africa, and North & Latin America.

Identify and establish partnerships with distributors, agents, and clients in targeted regions.

Manage all export operations including documentation, logistics, and compliance with international trade regulations.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.

Lead, motivate, and develop the export team to achieve sales and operational targets.

Negotiate and manage key contracts with international clients and business partners.

Collaborate cross-functionally with production, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Monitor export performance and prepare periodic reports and forecasts for senior management.

Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.

Experience: Experience in fruits & vegetables is a must

Minimum 15+ years in reputable export organizations, with at least 5 years in an Export Manager role.

Market Experience: Solid exposure and operational experience across Europe, MENA, Africa, and North & Latin America.
