Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Exterior 3D Visualizer with 3–8 years of experience in architectural visualization. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects and designers to produce high-quality exterior renderings that clearly communicate design concepts and elevate client presentations. A strong artistic eye, technical proficiency, and an impressive portfolio are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and design teams to understand project objectives and design requirements.
• Create detailed and realistic 3D models and renderings of exterior architectural spaces.
• Develop and maintain an extensive library of textures, materials, lighting setups, and environment scenes.
• Produce high-quality visuals for design presentations, client meetings, competitions, and marketing materials.
• Prepare site plan, landscape, and urban context visualizations as needed.
• Present renderings to clients and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Stay updated with the latest visualization trends, rendering techniques, and software tools.
• Mentor junior visualizers and support them with technical or creative guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in 3D visualization within an architectural or interior design environment.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Blender, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, spatial planning, and construction processes.
• Excellent sense of composition, lighting, materials, and visual storytelling.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• A well-curated portfolio showcasing a diverse range of exterior visualization projects is mandatory.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
