Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative 3D Visualizer with 3–8 years of experience in architectural visualization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with architects and designers to produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings that clearly communicate design intent and elevate client presentations. A strong portfolio, exceptional technical skills, and a keen eye for detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and design teams to understand project requirements, conceptual directions, and visualization needs.
• Create detailed, accurate, and photorealistic 3D models and renderings of exterior architectural spaces (with occasional interior work as required).
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of materials, textures, lighting setups, and assets to optimize visualization workflows.
• Produce compelling visuals for presentations, design proposals, competitions, and marketing materials.
• Prepare site plan, landscape, and masterplan visualizations when needed.
• Present visual concepts to clients and incorporate feedback into revised renderings.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, visualization techniques, and software advancements in the industry.
• Mentor and support junior visualizers, contributing to skill development and overall team efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in 3D visualization within an architecture or interior design firm.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Blender, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of architectural design principles, spatial layout, materials, and construction processes.
• Strong sense of composition, lighting, realism, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaborative skills.
• A well-presented and diverse portfolio showcasing relevant visualization work is mandatory.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
