External Plumber

Overview
We are seeking a skilled External Plumber to join our team, providing essential plumbing services for residential clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, experience within carry out gutter installation and rainwater pipes. This role offers an opportunity to utilise your plumbing expertise while contributing to high-quality service delivery.

Duties

• Install gutters and rainwater pipes solely on housebuilders new build developments across the North East
• Conduct inspections of plumbing installations and identify potential issues before they develop into major problems
• Utilise basic maths for measurements, calculations, and ensuring accurate installation specifications
• Assemble components and fixtures on-site with precision and attention to detail

Experience

• Proven experience in plumbing work within external or outdoor environments
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and assembly processes
• Mechanical knowledge related to pipe fitting, system troubleshooting, and repairs
• Basic understanding of mathematics applicable to measurements and calculations in plumbing tasks

This position requires a dedicated professional capable of working outdoors under varying weather conditions while maintaining high standards of safety and craftsmanship. Applicants should be organised, physically fit, and committed to delivering excellent service on every project.

Pay: £25,337.88-£45,600.42 per year
