Extruder Operator

Job Title: Extruder Operator – Snack Production Line

Location: Jebel Ali, Dubai
Employment Type: Full Time
Shift: 12 Hours / 6 Days Per Week

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the corn curls extruder line efficiently and safely.
• Monitor machine parameters such as feed rate, temperature, moisture, and product texture.
• Execute minor mechanical adjustments and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Perform routine machine inspections and assist in preventive maintenance.
• Ensure consistent product quality and maintain production targets.
• Record daily production data and report abnormalities.
• Work closely with seniors, follow instructions accurately, and maintain teachable attitude.
• Support in operating other machines when required and switch roles as per production needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and adherence to hygiene, GMP, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with QC, packing, and processing teams when required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Technical background (Diploma/ITI OR proven technical experience) – Mandatory.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an extruder operator (preferably snacks/food industry).
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Ability and willingness to learn quickly.
• Clear communication skills.
• Must speak Hindi (Mandatory).
• English speaking ability is an advantage.
• Flexible to work night/day shifts as per schedule.
• Flexible to work additional hours when required.
• Ready to work 12-hour shifts, 6 days per week.
