The winner of the EY-Parthenon MENA NextGen Women Competition will receive:

Criteria

• Possess an Undergraduate degree completed in 2025 or before June 2026 with no more than six months of relevant work experience.
• Hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking and Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Econometrics, Engineering, Computer Science or other relevant areas.
• Available to join EY in September 2026.
• Female Nationals from KSA, UAE, Jordan, Egypt, Bahrain, Lebanon and Qatar.
  KSA Nationals to join Riyadh or Jedah office.
• Please note in advance that being selected as winner of the MENA competition necessitates your commitment to attend the Global final in early October 2026, which is held outside of the MENA region, in Helsinki, Finland.

How to apply

• Ready to take the leap and discover your true potential? Start by submitting your application.
• If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to a virtual HR interview and given access to an English and Aptitude online assessment.
• After completing the assessments and HR interview, you will also participate in an interview with EY-Parthenon team to qualify for the MENA competition.
• Finalists will compete in the MENA competition in Dubai in July 2026, engaging in both individual and group activities to determine the winner.
• Regional winners from all around the world will meet in October 2026 for the Global final in Helsinki, Finland, participating in various activities and attending the Global award ceremony where the Global champion will be announced.
