As wavespace continues to grow, we are looking for top talent to bring immersive experiences to life and guide clients through the challenges of innovation — both in-person and virtually.

Your key responsibilities

• Manage and run client innovation experiences
• Understand session objectives and ensure the design meets those objectives
• Participating in design strategy for concurrent client sessions
• Create a safe, inclusive environment for participation before, during, and after experiences
• Demonstrate emotional intelligence and manage energy, flow, and inspiration throughout the session
• Leverage strong listening skills to navigate challenging or political discussions
• Share accountability and collaborate with all team members contributing to client experiences
• Act as liaison between the Experience Leader/Manager and the wider experience team
• Coordinate logistics, resources, technology, materials, and overall session readiness
• Train and mentor, the next generation of facilitators across the wave space network

Skills and attributes for success

This is a highly visible role with significant client interaction.

• Experience and confidence in facilitation and/or training
• Professional qualification in Innovation & Design Thinking
• Proven ability to deliver impactful innovation sessions
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate challenging situations in real time
• Consulting experience
• Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Degree or certification in Innovation & Design Thinking
• Experience in one or more sectors: AI & Data, Financial Services, Energy, Government & Infrastructure
• Business development experience
• Event planning experience
• Ability to travel across the MENA region
• Saudi Nationals only
