Duties

• Perform professional eyebrow threading to shape, define, and enhance clients’ facial features with precision and care
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to clients’ needs and offering personalized recommendations for brow shaping and maintenance
• Maintain a clean, sanitized work area following all health and safety regulations to ensure client safety and comfort
• Assist clients with additional beauty services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, or makeup application when appropriate
• Educate clients on aftercare procedures for threading and other treatments to promote optimal results

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hair threading with a strong understanding of facial anatomy and shaping techniques
• Knowledge of retail sales to recommend products that complement beauty routines and enhance client satisfaction
• Basic understanding of sanitation standards and procedures within a salon or spa environment
• Experience or interest in additional beauty services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, or makeup application is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and positive experience for clients
• Cosmetology or esthetician license preferred; relevant certifications in botulinum toxin treatment or dermal fillers are advantageous
