This position has a lot if room for growth because of the busy location at Preston Road in Dallas very close to Plano

Responsibilities

• Perform precise eyebrow Threading waxing, shaping, and grooming tailored to each client’s preferences and facial features
• Provide rejuvenating facial treatments using professional techniques to improve skin health and appearance
• Assist clients with skincare consultations, recommending suitable treatments and products based on their needs
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace following all health and safety protocols to ensure client safety and comfort
• Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently
• Promote retail sales of skincare products and esthetic tools to enhance client results and satisfaction
• Stay current on industry trends, new treatments like dermabrasion or dermal fillers, and best practices in sanitation and customer service

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with experience in body waxing, facial treatments, and skincare services
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques to recommend products confidently
• Familiarity with salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms
• Experience with additional services like eyelash extensions, makeup application, or nail care is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive, energetic atmosphere for clients
• Ability to perform hair threading, body waxing, and other esthetic treatments with precision and care
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety in all procedures
