The Profile:

• Lash Specialist: Expert in Classic, Russian Volume, Mega Volume, and Hybrid sets.
• Detail-Oriented: Perfectionist in isolation, mapping, and adhesive control.
• Consultant: Able to customize lash styles to suit different eye shapes and client preferences.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of professional lash application in a high-end setting.
• Technical Mastery: Certified in lash extensions; knowledge of Lash Lifting and Tinting is a major plus.
• Standards: Deep understanding of eye anatomy, hygiene protocols, and safe application.
• Gender: Female only (as per salon environment).
• Portfolio: High-quality photos showing clean work and perfect symmetry are required.
