Nail Technician & Lashes Technician

At Kyra Élan, the Nail and Lashes Technician is responsible for delivering precision-driven, hygienic, and luxury-standard nail, brow, and lash services tailored to corporate and executive women. The role includes performing premium manicure and pedicure services, gel and advanced nail treatments, as well as professional lash and brow services such as lash lifts, extensions, brow shaping, tinting, and lamination, with a strong emphasis on natural, refined results. The technician conducts thorough client consultations to understand preferences, lifestyle, and sensitivities, recommending suitable treatments and aftercare while maintaining discretion and professionalism. They are expected to uphold the highest hygiene and sterilisation standards, maintain immaculate workstations, and ensure tools and products meet salon protocols at all times. The role also involves advising clients on service upgrades, maintenance schedules, and retail products in a subtle, consultative manner aligned with a luxury environment. Attention to detail, time efficiency, calm communication, and respect for client privacy are essential, as the technician plays a key role in creating a polished, relaxing, and consistently premium experience that reflects Kyra Élan’s brand values.
