We are seeking a skilled, motivated Lash Artist who is passionate about their craft and ready to grow within a fast-paced, upscale environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform high-quality eyelash extension services with precision and consistency
• Provide expert consultations and educate clients on styling, maintenance, and aftercare
• Deliver a luxury client experience aligned with the D. Sierra standard
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Experience REQUIRED (volume, hybrid, and advanced techniques are a plus)
• Strong work ethic and passion for the beauty industry
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Excellent communication skills (must be fluent in English)
• Availability for full-time weekday/week-end shifts
• Ability to thrive in a high-standard, performance-driven environment

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey Cosmetology or Esthetician License (required)
• Full-time availability
• Must be able to work weekdays
• We are closed on Sundays

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $3,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month
