Position Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced and self-motivated Lash Technician who excels in the application of Volume, Hybrid, and Classic lashes, as well as lash lifts, brow lamination, and waxing. This is a part-time position to start, with the potential to transition to full-time as your client base grows. You will work independently on a 40% commission basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Volume, Hybrid, and Classic Lash extensions with precision and artistry
• Offer Lash Lifts, Brow Lamination, and Waxing services
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism
• Provide personalized consultations to clients and recommend appropriate lash and brow services
• Manage your own appointments and time effectively
• Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Lash Technician (specializing in Volume, Hybrid, and Classic lashes)
• Certified in Lash Extensions and related services (Lash Lift, Brow Lamination, Waxing)
• Proven ability to work independently and manage client appointments
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A passion for the beauty industry and delivering exceptional results
• A positive, professional attitude and a team-player mindset
• Must provide a portfolio or examples of previous lash work
