Job Summary
Elleganté Lash Co. (voted #1 Lash Studio in the Best of PGH Poll) is seeking a talented and passionate Wispy Eyelash Specialist to join our growing team.

This is a highly sought-after opportunity for an artist who is confident in eyelash extensions, passionate about customization, and committed to delivering an elevated client experience. As part of Elleganté, you will work in a luxury yet relaxed environment that values artistry, creativity, and individuality.

Selected candidates will receive complimentary advanced training and mentorship from our Owner, Kaylee — a Best of PGH–nominated lash artist, two-time international award winner, and artist with experience lashing for professional modeling and fashion shows. Our goal is to give you the tools, techniques, and systems needed to succeed — all you have to do is apply them.

Duties

• Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring client comfort and safety
• Consult with clients to determine desired lash styles and recommend suitable enhancements
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards according to industry regulations
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software
• Engage with clients to build rapport and promote retail sales of beauty products and accessories
• Manage social media accounts to showcase work, promote services, and attract new clients
• Deliver an elevated, welcoming, and professional client experience from start to finish
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance while on the job
• Uphold Elleganté Lash Co.’s brand standards, aesthetic, and service quality
• Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled appointments
• Be open to feedback, coaching, and continued skill refinement
• Contribute to a low-drama, respectful, and growth-focused studio culture

Experience

• Hands on experience applying classic and/ or volume lash extensions
• Knowledge of hand making volume fans is extremely helpful
• Confidence performing full sets and fills independently
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client comfort and satisfaction
• Certification or licensure in cosmetology or esthetics (PA state required); additional training in lashing is beneficial
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
• Ability to follow brand standards while maintaining artistic individuality
