Eyelash technician

Job Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their desired look and determine the most suitable styles, lengths, and curls for their natural lashes and face shape.
• Treatment Application: Meticulously apply individual eyelash extensions, perform lash lifts, or apply lash tints using safe and hygienic techniques.
• Hygiene & Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, sterilize all tools, and adhere to strict sanitation protocols to ensure client safety and prevent the spread of infection.
• Aftercare & Education: Provide clients with clear instructions on how to care for their lashes to promote longevity and healthy lash growth.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest eyelash trends, new products, and advanced application techniques to offer the best possible service.
• Client Records & Portfolio: Keep accurate client records, track appointments, and maintain a portfolio of work, often including before-and-after photos.
• Inventory & Maintenance: Manage supplies and equipment, order new products as needed, and contribute to the overall maintenance of the salon or studio.

Additional Services Depending on experience and certificate as lash technicians may also offer:

• Eyebrow waxing, tinting, or threading
• Lash removal and refill services
• Facial treatments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
