Eyelash Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Eyelash Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate is passionate about lash artistry, committed to delivering high-quality services, and focused on providing exceptional client experiences in a clean and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply eyelash extensions (classic, hybrid, volume, and mega volume).
• Perform lash lifts and tinting services.
• Safely remove eyelash extensions.
• Conduct client consultations to determine suitable lash styles based on eye shape and client preferences.
• Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance.
• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards for tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Follow all health and safety regulations regarding adhesives and products.
• Manage appointments and maintain accurate client records.
• Promote and upsell related beauty products and services.
• Stay updated on the latest lash trends, techniques, and products.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Lash Technician / Cosmetology certification or license (as required by local regulations).
• Proven experience in eyelash extension application.
• Strong knowledge of lash mapping, styling, and isolation techniques.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Experience with advanced volume and mega-volume techniques.
• Ability to build and retain a loyal clientele.
• Portfolio or social media presence showcasing previous work.
• Sales skills and product knowledge.
