Eyelash Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nail care and a flair for beauty services, including the application of eyelash extensions and hair threading. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nail services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients.

Duties

• Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
• Utilize knowledge of color theory to recommend nail polish shades and designs that suit clients’ preferences.
• Engage in retail sales by promoting and upselling beauty products to clients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments to offer innovative services.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon environment.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state regulations.
• Proven experience in nail care services; additional skills in eyelash extensions, hair extensions, or dermabrasion are a plus.
• Strong understanding of color theory and its application in nail art.
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their preferences.
• Ability to upsell products and services effectively while maintaining a positive client experience.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, as needed.
