Lash Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and talented Lash Technician to join our vibrant beauty team! As a Lash Technician, you will specialize in enhancing our clients’ natural beauty through expertly applied eyelash extensions, lash lifts, lash/brow tinting, and waxing if able. Your passion for beauty and attention to detail will help clients feel confident and glamorous. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and safety.

Responsibilities

• Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring a natural or dramatic look based on client preferences
• Perform lash lifts, tints, and other lash/brow-enhancement treatments to elevate client satisfaction
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles and treatments
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software Vagaro, optimizing the client flow
• Promote retail sales of lash care products and other beauty essentials through effective upselling techniques

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology/esthetician licenses
• Eyelash extensions certification preferred but not required
• Experience performing eyelash extensions, lash lifts, and tinting procedures is a plus, but not required. Training provided
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Knowledge of sanitation standards, body waxing, tinting is ideal
• Familiarity with salon management software Vagaro for scheduling and record-keeping -- will train

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
