<Responsibilities>

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermaplaning, and esthetic laser treatments to meet individual client needs.
• Manage client consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and retail products while upselling effectively to enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and sanitation protocols.
• Engage actively in social media management by promoting services, sharing before-and-after photos, and building our community presence online.
• Provide exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring a memorable experience from start to finish.
• Conduct product demos to educate clients on skincare lines and retail offerings to boost sales.
• Support front desk operations by greeting clients, managing appointments, and coordinating with team members seamlessly.

<Qualifications>

• Valid Aesthetician license and electrolysis issued by the state of Florida
• Proven experience in aesthetic laser treatment, body waxing, facial treatments in a med spa or salon setting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatments and products.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols essential for maintaining a hygienic environment.
• Experience with social media management to promote services and engage with clients online

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.10 - $33.85 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
