Eyelash Technician

CK Nails is seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Technician to join our vibrant beauty team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eyelash extensions and related cosmetic treatments, with excellent customer service and communication skills. This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance clients’ beauty routines in a professional, welcoming environment. The position involves providing high-quality eyelash extension services, maintaining sanitation standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Experience with salon management software such as Millennium or salon software platforms like Nailsolution is a plus, as is familiarity with social media management for promoting services. Candidates with additional skills in nail care, makeup application, or esthetic treatments are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and attention to detail to ensure client satisfaction.
• Consult with clients to determine their desired look and recommend suitable eyelash styles and lengths.
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols for all tools and work areas in compliance with health regulations.
• Provide exceptional guest services by creating a relaxing and welcoming environment for clients.
• Manage appointments efficiently using salon management software such as Millennium or Nailsolution.
• Promote additional services such as eyelash lifts, tinting, or other cosmetic treatments offered at CK Nails.
• Assist with retail sales of beauty products related to eyelash care and general salon offerings.
• Engage with clients through social media management to showcase work, promote specials, and grow the client base.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions, lash care products, and beauty techniques through ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification required; additional certifications in eyelash extension application preferred.
• Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions with a strong portfolio of work.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY is advantageous.
• Experience in social media management for marketing purposes is a plus.
• Additional skills in nail care, makeup application, dermal fillers, Botox treatments, or other esthetic services are desirable but not mandatory.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
