EYFS Teacher for Summer camp ( Two months )

Role Description The EYFS Teacher for Summer Camp will design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for young children aligned with Early Years Foundation Stage principles. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and implementing lessons and activities, integrating play-based learning, and promoting social, emotional, and cognitive development in a safe and supportive environment. The teacher will manage classroom routines, observe and record children’s progress, communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, and collaborate with camp staff to ensure smooth daily operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Learngate Educational Institute in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a summer camp duration of approximately two months.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Training skills, with experience working with early years learners in a camp or school setting.

Candidates should possess solid Lesson Planning and Education skills, including the ability to design EYFS-aligned, play-based and thematic activities.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with children, families, and colleagues.

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field are preferred.

Experience with EYFS curriculum, classroom management, child safeguarding, and inclusive practices is highly beneficial.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and adapt to a dynamic summer camp schedule is expected.
