Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a full-time Electrical Engineer, reporting to the Electrical Systems-FW Manager within Vehicle Sciences & Systems. This position will support the F-35 Electrical Power Systems (EPS) team as Engine and Power Thermal Management System Modernization (EPM) Technical Lead.
Selected candidate will be responsible for supplier coordination and overall technical execution and integration of the F-35 EPS in support of a major F-35 modernization effort. Additionally, the person that steps into this role will also act as technical lead and will help develop the strategic vision of the system throughout the development lifecycle. This role will be directly involved with early career mentoring within the team.
The ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, along with key stakeholders, is essential for success in this position.
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university
- Technical background in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field
- Experience with integration and maintenance of complex aircraft electrical systems
- Strong technical planning skills to include logical task structure and estimating
- Experience coordinating root cause and corrective action investigation within LM as well as with suppliers
- Project Management experience is desired
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to obtain secret clearance is desired
