Job Summary:

Due to the nature of patient care and cultural considerations, this role involves working with patients who may request female nurses. Applicants who are female and meet the qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and design personalized care plans
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide wound management
• Support physicians during diagnostic tests and medical procedures
• Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and safe medication use
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines
• Provide compassionate support and foster trust with patients and their families

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE Registered Nurse license or eligibility from DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• At least 2 years’ experience in a healthcare facility
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills

Skills:

• Clinical competence in home care procedures
• Ability to work independently
• Familiarity with electronic health records
