Job Summary:

Due to the nature of patient care and cultural considerations, this role involves working with patients who may request female nurses. Applicants who are female and meet the qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and create tailored care plans
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide effective wound care
• Support physicians during diagnostic tests and medical procedures
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and safe medication use
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to healthcare regulations
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that fosters trust and emotional comfort

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE Registered Nurse license or eligibility from DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• At least 2 years’ experience in a healthcare facility
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills

Skills:

• Empathy and patience
• Clinical competence in home care procedures
• Ability to work independently
• Familiarity with electronic health records
