Job Summary:

Due to the nature of patient care and cultural considerations, this role involves working with patients who may request female nurses. Applicants who are female and meet the qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and design personalized care plans.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide effective wound management.
• Support physicians during diagnostic tests and medical procedures.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and safe medication usage.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and current clinical documentation in accordance with healthcare standards.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that fosters trust and emotional comfort.

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE Registered Nurse license or eligibility from DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• At least 2 years’ experience in a healthcare facility
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills

Skills:

• Ability to work independently
• Familiarity with electronic health records
