Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop customized care plans aligned with each individual’s medical requirements.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage wounds with precision, ensuring clinical accuracy and patient safety.
• Assist physicians during diagnostic procedures and treatments, upholding the highest standards of care and teamwork.
• Educate patients and families on treatment protocols, recovery processes, and safe medication practices.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to promote clear communication and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain detailed, accurate clinical records in full compliance with institutional guidelines and healthcare regulations.
• Provide compassionate, patient-focused care that fosters trust, comfort, and holistic well-being.

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE Registered Nurse license or eligibility from DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• At least 2 years’ experience in a healthcare facility
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills

Skills:
