MALE REGISTERED NURSE (RN) – HOMECARE

We are looking for a Male Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team providing homecare services in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing compassionate, professional, and high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care for patients in their homes, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of health conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per doctor's orders.
• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene, as needed.
• Monitor patient vital signs, maintain accurate health records, and update care plans regularly.
• Educate patients and their families about proper care techniques and health management.
• Provide wound care, post-surgery care, and chronic disease management.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure the dignity and comfort of each individual.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Valid DOH/HAAD (or eligibility for licensure).
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical or homecare setting.
• Male candidates preferred due to patient requirements.
• Strong clinical skills in wound care, medication administration, and chronic care management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing the highest quality of care.
• Good communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus).
