Job Summary:

Due to the nature of patient care and cultural considerations, this role involves working with patients who may request female nurses. Applicants who are female and meet the qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized care plans
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide effective wound management
• Support physicians during diagnostic tests and medical procedures
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, disease prevention, and proper medication usage
• Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional quality of care
• Accurately document patient information and maintain up-to-date clinical records
• Adhere to all healthcare, safety, and regulatory standards
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that builds trust and emotional comfort for patients and their families

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE Registered Nurse license/ Eligibility Letter approved by DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a medical facility.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
