Job Summary:

Due to the nature of patient care and cultural considerations, this role involves working with patients who may request female nurses. Applicants who are female and meet the qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and design individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, track vital signs, and manage wound care efficiently.
• Assist physicians during diagnostic tests and medical procedures.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, disease prevention, and safe medication practices.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Adhere to all healthcare, safety, and regulatory protocols.
• Provide compassionate, patient-focused care that fosters trust and emotional well-being.

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE Registered Nurse license/ Eligibility Letter approved by DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a medical facility.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
