Job Title: Façade Designer – LogiKal Specialist

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Façade Designer with hands-on expertise in LogiKal to join our design and engineering team in the UAE. The role focuses on producing accurate and efficient design solutions for aluminum and glass façade systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest technical standards.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and cutting lists using LogiKal.
• Generate optimization reports and material take-offs to support procurement and production.
• Design façade systems such as unitized curtain wall, stick curtain wall, doors, windows, skylights, and ACP cladding.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, international façade standards, and UAE building regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to resolve design-related issues.
• Support estimation and tendering teams by providing technical input and design clarifications.
• Conduct design checks for structural feasibility, material selection, and constructability.
• Stay current with new façade materials, system technologies, and industry trends.

Candidate Profile

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Structural Engineering.
• 3–8 years of UAE experience in façade design and aluminum/glass systems.
• Strong proficiency in LogiKal (mandatory) and working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Familiar with façade fabrication methods, installation techniques, and UAE market suppliers.
• Strong technical problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and coordination skills within multidisciplinary project teams.
