Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to manage and coordinate façade and aluminum works from design to installation. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate aluminum and façade projects including shop drawings, material approvals, fabrication, and site installation
• Review IFC drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Liaise with consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Prepare project schedules, method statements, and material submittals
• Monitor site progress, manpower, and productivity
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, QA/QC, and HSE requirements
• Handle inspections, snag lists, and handover documentation
• Support procurement and coordination with factory/fabrication teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–7 years UAE experience in aluminum & façade projects
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall, windows, doors, cladding, skylights, and shopfront systems
• Proficient in AutoCAD (knowledge of BIM/Revit is an advantage)
• Familiar with UAE construction standards and site practices
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
