Position: Façade Sales Manager

Location: Riyadh - Saudi Arabia

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Façade Sales Manager Engineer to drive business development and support the execution of façade projects in Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal to the company’s continued growth, requiring a strategic sales approach combined with a solid understanding of façade systems, construction methodologies, and project lifecycle management. The successful candidate will interface directly with clients, consultants, and internal technical teams to ensure tailored solutions and successful project acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, site visits, industry networking, and digital platforms.

· Establish and maintain strong client relationships by understanding project requirements, including BOQs, technical specifications, and dimensional data.

· Collaborate with the Estimation and Engineering teams to develop accurate and competitive technical-commercial proposals aligned with production and execution capabilities.

· Deliver professional presentations and technical clarifications of proposals to clients and consultants.

· Lead the negotiation and closing of contracts while ensuring all required commercial and technical documentation is secured.

· Support project handover processes and participate in kickoff meetings to align client expectations with delivery teams.

· Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, sales activities, and proposal status. Prepare and submit detailed monthly performance and pipeline reports.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Architectural preferred) or a related technical field.

· 3–5 years of proven experience in façade systems sales, construction materials, or the building envelope sector.

· Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is required; French is a plus.

· Strong knowledge of façade systems, shop drawings, materials, and structural integration.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret and convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools and basic CAD or façade design software is an advantage.
