Role Objectives
Casted Products sales is responsible for leading and managing the global sales strategy, execution, and performance of company's Casted Products business. This role drives revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market penetration, while ensuring alignment with the overall objectives of the Metal Business Unit. The Sales representative plays a critical role in developing key customer relationships and positions the company as a market leader in casted products.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Commercial Leadership

Develop and implement the sales strategy for the Casted Products business, aligned with Metal Business Unit objectives.

Drive order intake, sales revenue, and gross margin performance to meet or exceed targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and customer partnerships.

Lead strategic pricing, contract negotiations, and key account management.

Customer & Market Development

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry partners, and stakeholders.

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform commercial strategy.

Represent the company Casted Products in customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with Metal Business Unit leadership, production, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure delivery capability matches customer commitments and GM targets are aligned with Metal-Business Unit aspirations.

Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to the Metal Business Unit Head.

Contribute to Business Unit-level strategic planning and business reviews.
Qualifications

Minimum 12 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in senior sales leadership roles in metals companies or related sectors, ideally with deep knowledge of the GCC market.

Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing large customer accounts/contracts.

Strong knowledge of casted products markets, applications, and customer segments.

Experience with international sales and multi-regional markets is an advantage.
