The Role
Position Title: Façade Sr. Project Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 18K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the trusted names in metal fabrication companies in Dubai, known for high-quality projects in the construction and architectural sectors. Job Description: ? Review contract, specifications, drawings & BOQ to determine construction methods. ? Coordinate with Design/Technical team on shop drawings, structural calculations, and material submittals. ? Assess design feasibility, suggest modifications, and ensure alignment with customer specs and production limits. ? Support Quality team in preparing MIR/WIR, test plans, QC procedures, and method statements for fabrication and installation.

Requirements
Qualifications: ? Open to Asian nationals, 40 years old and below, Male only; Must have valid UAE DL ? Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. ? Minimum 5 years working experience in the Façade industry as a Senior Project Manager in GCC experience ?
