Position Summary
In your role as a Fab Planning Engineer/Project Manager you'll work alongside a cross functional team of professionals, with a key focus on site wide initiatives, project development and execution, and other investment related activities.
Your main focus will be planning for FAST-X equipment projects (budgeting, capacity planning - relo, demo, installation), equipment scope and bottleneck reviews, and project design.
Role and Responsibilities
Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Support expansion planning, including forecasting of the budgeting, installation and qualification of equipment
Coordinate, manage, and report on multiple assigned projects regarding work progress, project accounting, and forecasting schedules
Collaborate with unit part and support teams for understanding and troubleshooting risks associated with project planning
Support Fab Planning team with execution of projects, including tracking equipment progress, updating special constraints, logistics and delivery coordination
Interface between DSK, local expat and capa teams for capacity, surplus and bottleneck reviews
Work in the clean room factory alongside Unit Part Technicians/Engineers, Facilities Project Managers and Construction Coordinators for new construction and tool hook-up
Utilize LEAN tools improve business processes and procedures
Shift: 1st shift, on call as needed
Skills and Qualifications
Here's what you'll need:
4 Year of college/technical school/military or equivalent related experience.
4+ years of experience in project management or high volume semiconductor manufacturing (experience with project management highly preferred.)
300mm equipment hook-up experience highly preferred.
Understanding of bottleneck management preferred.
Strong technical skills and the ability to represent the group in work coordination and execution.
Highly capable in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
Successful candidates should be detail and task oriented and place high value on customer service, teamwork and flexibility.
The current base salary range for this role is between $70,480 - $179,090. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
