What We Expect

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
-
Experience or knowledge in garment production, cutting processes, or fabric planning
-
Strong analytical skills with the ability to calculate fabric consumption and material requirements

Good coordination and communication skills to work with workshops and supply teams
-
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills in operational processes

Have 1 year of experience in SAP program,
Key Responsibilities
-
Plan and monitor cutting operations in line with the production and buying calendar.

Calculate fabric, trim, and auxiliary material consumption for production orders.

Coordinate fabric shipments to cutting workshops and follow up on cutting progress.

Track daily cutting activities and ensure alignment with weekly cutting plans.
-
Identify fabric-related issues during production and collaborate with supply teams for resolution.
-
Monitor excess fabric returns and ensure proper inventory management.
