Job Role:

• Achieved production goals: Implemented efficient planning methods, adhered to maintenance schedules, and resolved issues through collaborative teamwork.
• Organizes and prepares the fabric database, ensuring entry of all information including fabric quality
• Tracked all chemicals cost reduction as possible to best results.  Mapped Pre-Treatment process for improve dye pick up and depth of Shades to achieve depend on quality.
• Ensured adherence to RFD parameters: Verified and approved lab results before delivering goods for further processing.
• Facilitated production planning: Coordinated with department heads and relevant teams to optimize plant capacity and streamline workflow.
• Implemented machine health monitoring schedule: Proactively addressed maintenance needs.
• Resolved operational challenges: Performed troubleshooting activities to minimize downtime.
