About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Fabric Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales, client development, and marketing initiatives for Woven Fabrics (Greige & Processed).
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in textile marketing, customer relationship management, product development, and sales strategy execution.

This is a leadership position that plays a critical role in expanding our market presence and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets with strong revenue growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities in local and international textile markets.
  • Explore new segments in Woven Apparel Textiles to expand the company portfolio.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Contact customers regularly to secure new orders and manage follow-ups.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries and concerns.
  • Conduct customer feedback analysis and propose improvement strategies.

Negotiations & Contract Management

  • Negotiate terms related to prices, deliveries, and prospective orders to maximize profitability.
  • Offer competitive rates to customers after consultation with the Director.
  • Prepare and finalize sales contracts as per customer POs.
  • Share approved sales contracts with clients and internal departments.

Order Execution & Coordination

  • Provide sourcing details to the procurement/sourcing department as per contract requirements.
  • Issue processing programs as per client purchase orders.
  • Ensure OGP, packing lists, invoices, and dispatch documents are shared with customers in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate closely with Production, Finance, R&D, CAD, and Planning for seamless execution.
  • Monitor shipment schedules, update customers weekly, and ensure timely payment collection.

Market Research & Product Development

  • Stay updated with textile trends, innovations, and new woven fabric developments.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market surveys to identify customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the R&D / CAD team for new article development and lead generation.
  • Actively participate in costing, planning, and product development activities.

Digital Marketing & Branding

  • Create and manage engaging content for social media, website, and promotional materials.
  • Support branding initiatives to enhance the company’s market visibility.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on:
  • Sales performance
  • Market trends
  • Customer feedback
  • Shipment status
  • Pending payments
  • Present business performance and insights to senior management regularly.

Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Textile Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in Woven Fabric Sales & Marketing (Mandatory).
  • Strong market knowledge of textile industry, woven fabrics, and processing.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage key accounts and lead a sales team.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a goal-driven approach.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, CRM, and marketing tools.
