The Candidate We Are Looking For
· Bachelor’s degree (preferably Textile or Chemical Engineering),
· Minimum 3 years of experience in fabric production,
· Preferably experienced in woven, denim, dying and priting processes,
· Strong network of domestic/abroad fabric suppliers,
· Good command of MS Office,
· Good command of English,
· Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills,
· Strong communication skills and team player,
· Eager to learn,
· Preferably having command of project management and 6 Sigma methods,
· Having driving license and able to drive,
· Having no obstacle to travel.
With Us, You Will Be Responsible
· To supply fabrics, prints and piece-dye from suppliers in desired deadline and quality.
· To make technical audit to fabric suppliers, conduct corrective and preventive actions, and to follow them up.
· To mentor merchandising teams on the development of desired fabrics in suppliers.
· To be in constant communication with fabric suppliers and inform Buying&Design teams about the latest trends, new qualities and stock fabrics.
· To make fabric R&D and make presentations to buying and design teams and mentor the teams on the development of fabrics in desired cost and quality.
· To make price agreements with overseas fabric suppliers and mentor buying teams on fabric cost management.
· To settle any kind of fabric related problems such as deadline, quality and test results.
· To make fabric archives according to seasonal trends and keep them updated.
