We’re currently seeking a Fabrication Assistant to join our team. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, organized, and ready to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

· Fabrication Support: Assist the fabrication team by cutting, grinding, drilling, and preparing metal materials.

· Local Deliveries: Safely transport finished goods using a company truck and 20’ trailer.

· Forklift Operation: Load and unload vehicles and assist with general warehouse duties.

· Vehicle Maintenance: Perform inspections and ensure preventative maintenance is completed on company vehicles.

· General Support: Pitch in wherever needed to support daily operations and business growth.

Qualifications

· Mechanical aptitude and experience with power tools.

· Valid state ID and a clean driving record.

· Ability to perform physically demanding work and meet deadlines.

· Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude toward improving efficiency.

Advancement Opportunities

After one year of employment, team members become eligible for free tuition at Ivy Tech to earn a Structural Welding Certificate. Upon completion, you may be eligible to advance into a Fabricator role.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
