Short-Form Video Creator (Shop Assistant)

We are a growing marine fabrication and repair shop looking for a confident, camera-friendly individual to help document our projects and assist in daily shop operations.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on camera, understands social media, and isn’t afraid to be around welding, fiberglass, and hands-on work.

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Media

• Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Capture project progress, before/after transformations, and behind-the-scenes content
• Appear on camera to present projects in an engaging and professional manner
• Help grow and manage social media presence
• Communicate clearly and confidently when explaining shop work to customers

Shop Support

• Assist welders and technicians as needed
• Help with shop organization and light prep work
• Learn basic fabrication and marine repair processes
• Support customer updates and documentation

• Willingness to learn hands-on shop skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
