Fabrication Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Fabrication Engineer to support our construction and real estate development projects through the design, planning, and execution of prefabricated and modular building components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, structural design, and construction processes, and will collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to streamline fabrication and improve construction efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and engineer prefabricated components (e.g., modular walls, façade systems, MEP racks, steel structures) for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to ensure design compatibility and constructability.
• Oversee the fabrication process from design to delivery, including material selection, production planning, and quality assurance.
• Develop and review shop drawings, 3D models, and fabrication documents.
• Optimize fabrication methods to reduce costs, waste, and installation time on-site.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and quality specifications.
• Coordinate with fabrication vendors and contractors to ensure timely and accurate production and delivery.
• Conduct site visits to monitor the installation of fabricated components and resolve any field issues.
• Implement new technologies (e.g., BIM, CNC, automated assembly) to improve fabrication efficiency.
• Support sustainability initiatives by incorporating green materials and construction methods.

Experience in High residential buildings mandatory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in fabrication engineering, preferably within real estate development.
• Proficient in CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks) and fabrication planning tools.
• Knowledge of construction materials and manufacturing processes (e.g., steel, concrete, glass, wood, MEP systems).
• Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.
• Understanding of real estate development timelines and construction site operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
