Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Fabrication Engineer with a strong foundation in shop floor operations and practical knowledge of architectural metal fabrication. You’ll act as the technical bridge between design, production, and site teams, ensuring shop-level execution aligns with drawings and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Review workshop and installation drawings in detail; flag issues proactively

· Prepare and issue cutting lists, welding plans, and assembly instructions

· Supervise fabrication activities including CNC cutting, forming, welding, and surface finishing

· Ensure fabrication work aligns with drawing specifications and tolerance limits

· Collaborate with procurement and store teams for timely availability of materials and consumables

· Provide on-site technical support during installation and coordinate with site supervisors

· Track production output and report progress against targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Fabrication Engineering

· 2–5 years of experience in fabrication or manufacturing engineering

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD, SolidWorks familiarity preferred)

· Practical experience with fabrication machines and tools (CNC laser, press brake, TIG/MIG welding, etc.)

· Familiarity with structural steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and brass working

· Strong organizational and technical problem-solving skills
