Fabrication Engineer Senior

Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a talented Senior Fabrication Engineer to join our client's team in Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing the fabrication processes, ensuring quality workmanship, and managing project timelines while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage fabrication projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and fabrication staff, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Develop and optimize fabrication processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications, coordinating with design and engineering teams.
• Conduct site visits to monitor fabrication progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Implement best practices in fabrication methods, tools, and technologies to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Participate in troubleshooting and problem resolution during fabrication operations.

Qualifications

• 12 to 16 years of experience, including 6 years in a specialty field.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma.
• Experience in steel manufacturing, steel fabrication, welding, and CNC machines.
• Bilingual candidates.

Salary Range: Basic 10,900 to 12,580 SAR
