Fabrication Foreman

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide fabricators, welders, and helpers in day-to-day operations.
• Review technical drawings, blueprints, and work specifications.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor fabrication work to meet project timelines.
• Ensure all fabrication work meets quality and safety standards.
• Conduct material checks and coordinate with the procurement team.
• Train and motivate team members to improve efficiency and workmanship.
• Report progress and issues to the production or project manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in steel fabrication, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• UAE experience preferred.
