Role Objective

We are seeking an experienced Precast Mold Fabrication Foreman to join our growing team. The successful candidate will oversee mold fabrication activities in our precast facility, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Role Responsibilities

· Supervise and coordinate daily mold fabrication activities (steel shutters, welding, finishing).

· Ensure molds are fabricated and maintained according to engineering drawings and project specifications.

· Manage a team of fabricators and welders, providing guidance and hands-on support when required.

· Monitor quality standards, safety compliance, and productivity on the shop floor.

· Coordinate with engineers and QC teams to resolve technical or operational issues.

· Track materials usage and request resources in advance to avoid delays.

Educational Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

· Minimum 5–7 years of experience in precast mold fabrication (steel molds, shuttering, modular molds).

· Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, welding, and mold assembly techniques.

· Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.

· Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings.

· Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
